Terms of webshop furbify.eu
The general terms of the trade are listed here between the Provider (Furbify SRO.) and Buyer (customer company). The trade is managed by Furbify SRO with the webshop (furbify.eu)
Prices
All prices are in euros and exclude value-added tax (VAT). The Provider reserves the right to change prices on a daily basis.
The sales contract between the Provider and the Buyer is approved at the moment when the Provider confirms the order (the Buyer receives an e-mail message regarding the status of the order, the shipping price estimation, the estimated time of delivery and the proforma invoice).
From this point on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the Provider and the Buyer.
Buying procedure
1. With the registration, the visitor receives a user name and password (they register) and agrees to the terms of business.
2. The Provider must confirm the registration and from then on the Buyer can login on the webshop. The user name and password determine and connect the user with the entered data.
3. Provider notifies Buyer by e-mail that the registration have been successful.
4. After Buyer’s first login the products can be placed to the Basket and then Buyer can notify the Provider about the planned order.
5. Buyer receives the offer and will reply with all the details and further steps.
6. When the Buyer and Provider agree then a proforma invoice (PI) is issued by the Provider.
7. After Buyer is paying the PI then the order is starting to be processed (cleaning, audit, configuration, repairs) and dispatched and notifies the Buyer by e-mail within the agreed time.
Payment methods
Payment to a transactional account based on the Proforma Invoice issued by the Provider.

Delivery
The prices on the webshop are EXW. However, Provider can help with the delivery with its partners with mediation between the Shipping company and the Buyer. The Provider will deliver the items within the agreed period of time. The Provider reserves the right to choose any delivery service if this enables an efficient fulfilment of the order.

Personal data protection
The Provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user.
The Provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, bills) and for other necessary communicative purposes.
The user’s information shall not under any circumstances be divulged to any unauthorised persons.

Discharge from liability
The Provider makes every effort to ensure that the information found on their website is consistent and up to date. Nevertheless, the products, their stock and prices may change so rapidly that the Provider may not be able to immediately alter the information on the websites. In such cases, the Provider will notify the Buyer of potential changes and try to agree on a solution that will satisfy both the Buyer and the Provider.
Product images are for the most part realistic pictures of particular product models, but it is nevertheless necessary that all images are taken as symbolic since they do not guarantee the properties of the product.
