During our renovation process, our computers are thoroughly cleaned inside and out, and a multi-stage inspection is conducted to identify any potential system or hardware issues, which are subsequently resolved.

Based on the appearance and technical condition, we categorize the devices into four categories. Regardless of the aesthetic class, the products are in 100% technical condition!

  • Possible pixel defects: scratches not visible during use may occur

  • 100% technical condition
  • Possible surface defects: more visible scratches, yellowed or slightly cracked casing
  • Possible display defects: larger scratches, up to 2-3 defective pixels or scratches visible also during use
  • Typically, only one of the mentioned defects occurs on a specific device
  • Cleaned and tested
  • 2-year warranty
