General delivery informations

Furbify operates and ships to all EU countries. We work with two delivery companies: DHL Express and GLS. The choice of delivery company can affect shipping times. Detailed information about delivery times and shipping costs for each product is available during the checkout process.

 

Delivery options and prices

You can choose your preferred shipping method in the checkout process.

Standard delivery: 5 €
Express delivery: 20 €

 

Delivery times

Standard delivery time is 3-5 days. We recommend you this option for the following countries: Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Austria and Germany.

Express delivery time is 2-3 days. In our experience you should choose this delivery option if you are ordering to: France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, etc.

Notice: During busy times like sales or promotions, delivery might be delayed. Also, in times of local holidays or global difficulties, we might extend delivery times without much notice.

 

Do you ship to countries outside the EU?

Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the EU.

 


 

Return & Refunds


At furbify, we fully stand behind our refurbished products. If you receive a faulty item or if the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it hassle-free within 30 days. When returning the product please include all the accessories you received with the main product (charger, power cable).


Return policy
 

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • If a product is returned to us damaged or incomplete we won't be able to give you a refund.
  • All products are carefully inspected after return by our team.
  • We offer prepaid mailing label for retail customers.
  • For businesses the returns must be made at their own cost.

How do I return the items?

 

  1. If you have any problems with the quality of a product you have purchased from us, please inform us as soon as possible by phone or email.
     
  2. Fill out the claim form and we will send you a prepaid label.
     
  3. Pack the product in a safe and secure packaging. If you still have the original packaging please use that. 
     
  4. Please print the return label and stick it properly on the box.
     
  5. When it is ready please take it to the nearest DHL Express parcel shop or if you need you can also arrange a home collection on the following websites, or the the one suitable for your country.

  6. You can order a collection by courier by clicking on "Book a pickup" - select that you don't need a mailing label - identify your shipment with the AWB number on your label and select the date and time that fits you the best. If you need further assistance don't hesitate to contact us.
     
  7. Once we have received the product and assessed its condition, we will contact you immediately.
     
  8. Once repaired or replaced, the product will be returned to you. If you would like a full refund we will issue it as soon as we received and checked the device’s condition.
