We regret your complaint, but of course we want to satisfy you and have the quickest possible handling of the issue. The complaint can be indicated to the Sales Representant. 

After receipt of your notification of complaint you receive a first reply within 48 hours. The Customer will be send the RMA document with the following information to be filled out:
•    Order/Invoice number
•    Assets affected list
•    Serial numbers
•    Description of errors
•    To Do Request (Partial refund, repair/replacement of the computer equipment)
