What is an "audited-only" product? (a.k.a. common wholesale quality)

  • Inspection and grading of each unit (in case of physical damages, e.g. scratches, cracks or dents, the units are labelled as B/C Grade.)
  • Cleaning the units from dust (both outside and inside) with compressed air.
  • External visual inspection and label removal
  • Chemical cleaning of the cases (glue and rubber are removed)
  • Complete hardware configuration and functionality check with Aiken Workbench auditing software (configuration, parts audited, HDD health, etc.).
  • Packaging of the grade A/A- units on pallets

What is a fully refurbished product? (furbify standard)

  • Inspection and grading of each unit (in case of physical damages, e.g. scratches, cracks or dents, the units are labelled as B/C Grade.).
  • Cleaning the units from dust (both outside and inside) with compressed air.
  • External visual inspection and label removal.
  • Chemical cleaning of the cases (glue and rubber are removed).
  • Correction of Grade A- and Grade B units (dents, cracks and deep scratches are removed).
  • Whole case of the unit is repainted, drying.
  • Replacing missing parts (e.g. rubber feet) and plastic covers if needed.
  • Functionality test: power on the unit and connect to our network.
  • Complete hardware configuration and functionality check with Aiken Workbench auditing software (specs, parts audited, HDD health, etc.).
  • Each unit is wrapped in protective foil (with heat) and labels are applied on the foil (unit id, model and specs).
  • Packaging of the Grade A+ units on pallets - ready to sell*.

* We offer even pre-installation of the operating systems in the desired language for a low extra fee.

Technical auditing and labeling
Our technicians are checking every unit with Aiken Workbench® where complete functionality is audited, including MB, CPU, HDD, ports, etc. Every unit receives a label with a unique ID, incl. model number and configuration.

Premium quality, safe packaging
We are familiar with the issues of undemanding packaging, that is why we pay extra attention to the packaging of the goods. We use soft separators between the units and tough corners on every edge of the package. For resellers we also offer complete packaging for single units with added accessory cables in non-branded boxes for a fair extra fee.

Pre-installed operating system
We can save you time and money. We are also offering pre-installation of the operating systems (Windows 7-8-10-11) in the desired language for a low extra fee. Some of our clients do not have time or possibility to make the computers ready to use, we can help!

Laptop Keyboard reprint
We can provide all of our notebooks with keyboards reprinted in the desired language! The keyboards are cleaned and reprinted, eliminating all the issues on the surface (shiny keys, etc.) with a long lasting new surface reprint.
